Hi I am Emil Iliev,
I started playing guitar in 1984, and few years later, drums and piano. In 1996 I studied sound engineering and sound design and started the EmilStudio project. Over the years I worked as musician, composer, songwriter, producer and sound engineer with many bands, musicians and composers in Bulgaria, Israel and Canada.
In few words my journey can be described very simple, "Walking from TAPE to SSD is a long way for that short time :)"
Тhese days I am composing, playing, recording and producing for various music and sound productions, including projects for other musicians and composers, film, TV, radio and internet. I also spend a considerable time working on my experimental solo projects.
Since 2006, after a major upgrade EmilStudio specialized in mixing and mastering sound for film and music entirely in surround 5.1 format.
